What this site is
It is a marketing site operated by Charles Yoon, a licensed California real estate salesperson, DRE# 02216126, affiliated with RE/MAX. It produces preliminary home value estimates and lets you request a conversation.
The estimate is not an appraisal
Estimates come from public records and recent comparable sales supplied by a third-party data provider. That data can be incomplete or out of date, and the model cannot account for condition, upgrades, layout, views, or anything else that is only visible in person.
Nothing on this site is an appraisal, a formal comparative market analysis, a guarantee of sale price, or an offer to buy. Do not make a financial decision on the basis of the number alone. Charles will give you a considered figure after seeing the property.
No agency relationship
Requesting an estimate, booking a walkthrough or sending a message does not make Charles your agent and does not create any fiduciary duty. A representation agreement is a separate document that you would sign knowingly.
If you are already represented by another broker under an exclusive agreement, this is not an attempt to solicit that representation.
Using the site
